Registration now open for Summer 2017 and the 2017-2018 year!
For your convenience St. Cloud School of Dance and Ultimate Gymnastics now offers our families an online account management system. Families are able to login to their account to register for classes, make online payments, update contact information, and more!
Where to Register
To get started select the 2017-2018 Registration tab. The class descriptions will help you select the appropriate class for your child based on age and skill level. To start the process select "register" next to the class.
Find the class you are interested in registering for and click the red word “Register.”
You will be directed to a new window with our online registration form
Fill out the information requested
Note: Contact #1 Email: this address will be used for all news, updates, and payment confirmation. You will be able to choose additional classes and add additional students.
Review and accept our Rules and Policies.
Electronic payment method entered will be used for monthly tuition payments.
Select “Submit Registration Information” to finish enrollment.
Safety is our number one priority and we have a set student: teacher ratio. In the event that a class is full you will see the word “Waitlist” instead of “Register.” To be entered on the waitlist please click that button and proceed. You will be required to enter payment information, however no payment will be made on the account unless a spot becomes available. If a spot becomes available we will contact you regarding enrolling in the class. You may also sign up for a different time slot while on a wait list for another class.
Note: you will only be able to enter the portal after completing the above "how to register" process.
After enrolling in a class you will be able to use the Customer Portal. (Step One is to register through the "How to Register" process and will need to be completed before you have access to the Customer Portal).
In the Customer Portal you will be able to update contact information, register for additional classes, make online payments, view your balance, and much more!
Click Customer Portal Link above and you will be brought to a new window.
You will create a Customer Portal account by entering the email address you provided at registration time and clicking the link “I don’t have or don’t know my password.”
A temporary password will then be emailed to you within 20 minutes. Use that to login to your account. You can update your password under “My Account.”
If you do not receive an automatically generated password in your email inbox within 20 minutes it is likely that the email address you are using is not the one provided/on file.
